1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders $75 or more.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

    • Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges on items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@shop-melly.com.
    • Opened & Used Products: For the safety of our customers, opened or used products are non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding as we uphold high hygiene standards.
    • Store Credit for Lightly Used Items: If you’re not fully satisfied with a product, we may offer store credit or a refund for lightly used items on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    3. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos if applicable. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if necessary.

    • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
